Important Information: - The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community. Other important notes: The Windsor Hills community will be undergoing a Slide and Water Park Project from January 5, 2026, through February 13, 2026. During this time, the main pool will remain open and fully available for guest use, but the water park area will be closed for renovations. Forgotten Items: We understand that items are sometimes left behind. While we’ll do our best to help locate and return forgotten belongings, we cannot guarantee that items will be found or recovered. If we are able to retrieve them, we’re happy to ship them to you. Please note that shipping will be at your expense, and a $50 trip fee will apply to cover the time and travel required. This is a strictly non-smoking residence. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the pool deck. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property. A $1500 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home to cover additional cleaning costs. In compliance with the resort’s regulations, we are required to collect the names of all guests.
