During this time, the main pool will remain open and fully available for guest use, but the water park area will be closed for renovations. Forgotten Items: We understand that items are sometimes left behind. While we’ll do our best to help locate and return forgotten belongings, we cannot guarantee that items will be found or recovered. If we are able to retrieve them, we’re happy to ship them to you. Please note that shipping will be at your expense, and a $50 trip fee will apply to cover the time and travel required.
Other Details to Note
Bunk Bed Safety Rules: • The top bunks are for guests aged 6 and older only. Children under 6 are not permitted on the top bunks for safety reasons. • The maximum weight limit for the top bunks is 200 lbs (90 kg). Please do not exceed this limit for your safety and comfort. • The bottom bunks have a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs (113 kg). • Always use the ladder to access the top bunk—no climbing on the frame or furniture. • No jumping or horseplay on or around the bunk beds. • Only one person at a time per top bunk bed. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation! This is a strictly non-smoking residence. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the pool deck. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property. A $1500 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home to cover additional cleaning costs. In compliance with the resort’s regulations, we are required to collect the names of all guests. For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have the following security devices in place: Cameras: • One exterior security camera facing the garage • One exterior security camera on each side of the house • One Ring doorbell camera at the front door All cameras are located outside and do not record any interior spaces. Noise Monitors: • One noise monitor on each floor inside the home (not in any bedrooms or bathrooms) • One noise monitor on the pool deck These devices do not record audio or conversations; they only measure decibel levels to help us ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and promote a peaceful environment for all guests.
